Overview
Korea Chemical Bank (KCB) was established in 2000 within the Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology to build a national infrastructure for collecting, managing, and sharing drug discovery compound resources.
KCB supports drug discovery, chemical biology, and life science research by providing researchers with access to curated chemical compound resources, bioactivity information, and related data services.
As a shared research platform, KCB helps researchers make effective use of compound resources and bioactivity data for compound search, selection, evaluation, and research collaboration.

Compound Resource Infrastructure
KCB builds and operates core infrastructure for drug discovery and bio-research through the collection and integrated management of chemical compounds and related information.

KCB supports the shared use of nationally collected compound resources so that researchers can access and utilize valuable compounds for research purposes.
Research Collaboration
KCB promotes collaborative research among compound depositors, compound users, academia, industry, and research institutes.
